Subscription Renewals
For recurring subscriptions, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged for subsequent cycles.
Please note: Subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you discover an unintended renewal charge within 14 days of the billing date, please contact us immediately, and we will review your case.
How Refunds Are Processed
All refunds are processed by Paddle.com. Once a refund is approved, it will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 3–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
